Project Descriptions

The U-TTEC Lab houses many different projects with lab members working across the state to promote student mental health. Each team meets a different need. All teams are supervised by our Leadership Team, Mental Health Supervisors, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisors.



Mental Health Based Programs

WBT: Well-Being Teams

The WBT is a collaboration with Salt Lake City School District. Our team is comprised of licensed psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, clinical social workers, and graduate students in clinical mental health counseling, school psychology, and counseling psychology at the University of Utah.

Teleheath WBT

Behavioral Based Programs

ARCHES: Granite School District

ARCHES is an integrated mental and behavioral health program operating in the Granite School District. The program serves K-12 students to provide comprehensive mental and behavioral health services to students experiencing significant challenges.

BAIT: Davis School District

BAIT is a collaboration with the Davis School District to provide educators and school teams, districtwide, with behavioral consultation, training, assessment, and intervention support.

CLIMBS: Classroom Layered Individualized Mental-Health & Behavior Supports

CLIMBS is a collaboration with Tooele County School District to provide Social, Emotional, and Behavior (SEB) classrooms educators and staff with behavioralconsultation and training to support K-12 students..

CPHS: Career Path High School

Career Path High School (CPHS)’s program includes an integrated service model to provide direct mental health and behavioral health services to all high school students in the school.

Interdisciplinary Feeding Clinic

We are a multidisciplinary team providing services through the Huntsman Mental Health Institute HOME program at the University of Utah. Our team consists of behavior specialists, registered dietitians, and speech-language pathologists. We assess and treat feeding difficulties of children, adolescents, and adults.
